**1. Who’s going? What if I need a ride?**
We have compiled a list of names of people interested in going so far. Officers will be arranging rides based on location/convenience. There will be rides given to/from Davis, Sac, and Stockton. If you need a ride, we will notify you all once we finalize carpools by the end of the week. If you can provide rides, please let us know:)

**2. What if I don’t see my name, want to go, or can no longer make it?**
If you’re still interested in going, please ASAP so we can add your name to the list, no later than this THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 8PM, so that we can save seats for those that want to go.
If you can no longer make it, please inform us by this THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 8PM, so that we can open up seats to those who still want to go.
**3. What time will we be leaving? When will we be back?**
If you’re in the Davis/Sac area, we will meet in at the Sac State Parking Structure III at 8:30am and leave Sac at 9:00am sharp. We have made a reservation for the cave tour, so it is greatly appreciated that we get there on time.
If you’re in the Stockton area, we will update you all on final time later this week.
We expect to leave the park by 4:00pm.
**4. How do I get there?**
Please use the link below and get directions ahead of time. It is estimated to take about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Sac area.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
- 8:30am Meet up in Sac
9:00am Leave Sac
10:30am-11:00am Arrive at Cave and Mine Adventures
11:00am -11:30am Introduction to Team Building Activity
-Member retention has been an issue that we have been facing
-During evaluations, members have asked for more social activities to build social networks to build a comfort level to work with each other
-The purpose of today’s activities is to allow members to interact, work with, and appreciate each other in unfamiliar, difficult situations, in which they will eventually encounter in the organization
-State organization’s goals/purposes in Constitution
11:30am-12:00pm Lunch
12:00pm-1:00pm Activity 1: Cave Walk Tour
1:00-2:00pm Rest/Icebreakers
2:00-3:30pm Activity 2
3:30-3:45pm Small Group Evaluations
-The organization will be broken up into small groups and given guiding evaluation questions to discuss within those groups.
-Sample questions include:
-When going on the cave walk tour, what obstacles did you face? Were they physical? Emotional? Were passageways difficult to get through? Did it take more than one person to help you get through difficult passageways? Did you feel that the walk was time consuming? Was it worth the effort for you to work together to navigate through the cave safely together? How does this relate back to obstacles that you, as a club member, and/or the organization face? What are some potential solutions to tackle these obstacles?
3:45-4:00pm Open Evaluations/Closing
-Small groups will return back to the whole organization to share experiences and evaluations.
-Officers/group leaders will conclude the event and provide overall message of event: To retain members when they return back to the UC Davis/Sac State campus by connecting each other with the obstacles and experiences they face together in order to work to further carry out club goals and purposes.
