President
-Conduct officer and general meetings
-Prepare officer and general meeting agendas
-Send weekly e-mail updates to the club listserv
-Update self with news
-Coordinate leadership retreat for incoming officers during summer
Vice President
-Assist in management of meetings and with officer projects
-Record and distribute meeting minutes
-Provide sign in sheets at all meetings/events
-Archive documents
-Check/respond to e-mails
Treasurer
-Manage SPAC Agency Account
-Keep a report of all expenditure and income
-Present account balance every month and fundraising plan for the quarter
Event Coordinator
-Present an icebreaker and/or breakout activity at all meetings/events
-Coordinate at least one social event per month
-Send Facebook event invites to the club
-Make room/facility reservations as required
Public Relations
-Establish and maintain network connections with other organizations
-Attend other Southeast Asian organization meetings and inform club of external affairs
-Promote and publicize events
Historian
-Create and manage alumni networks
-Document and archive past meetings/events (ex: slideshows, photo albums, etc.)
-Maintain calendar
-Track schedules
-Maintain/update website
